Out of more than 145 applicants from 20 countries, 16 finalists have been selected to compete at the Grand Finale during the Luxury Innovation Summit, taking place in Geneva on 1–2 September 2025. The Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner will be held on 2 September at the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva, where the winners will be revealed.

This fee supports the continued success of the Luxury Innovation Awards while providing semifinalists and finalists with valuable networking, brand exposure, and growth opportunities.
If your company demonstrates exceptional innovation but faces genuine financial hardship, you may contact us to discuss potential fee reductions or waivers. To ensure equitable consideration, we will require documentation demonstrating your company’s financial situation. This may include, but is not limited to, financial statements, tax returns, or other relevant financial records. In some cases, depending on the company structure and ownership, we may also request information about the owner’s or principal’s other sources of income, including employment and investments, to fully assess the financial hardship claim. All information provided will be treated confidentially.

Step 4: Jury Review and Selection
Applications will be reviewed by our jury of industry experts, and finalists will be announced.

Finalists will present their innovations live in Geneva before luxury leaders and investors.

Yes, companies that have previously participated in the Luxury Innovation Awards, including those that reached the semifinals, finals, or were not shortlisted, are welcome to apply for the 2025 edition. However, companies that have won the Awards in any previous edition are not eligible to apply for the same or related categories in which they were declared winners. This ensures a diverse and competitive environment, encouraging new innovations and participants each year.
Applications are open to companies in the early and growth stage (a legal entity formed, Foundations and Association are not accepted) that develop products or provide services in the luxury and related sectors.
The application is open to companies based all over the world.

Initiated in 2020, Luxury Innovation Awards is a flagship initiative by the Luxury Venture Group. The Luxury Venture Group is a Swiss-based venture capital, and acceleration vehicle that selects, promotes and invests in the startup & growth phase of luxury companies and startups.

Companies may submit only one application, but may indicate both a first and second choice for award category.
The jury voting and the summit attendees will select the winner. Further information will be shared with shortlisted applicants.
No, submitted materials are only accessible to the LVG’s award selection committee. For the semifinalists round, Jury members will have access to the submitted documents on an award-category basis. All the jury members will have access to the finalists’ applications for the final round. The general public will not have access to any submitted materials.
The application is in English. All the pitching materials should also be in English.
Finalists in the 2025 Luxury Innovation Awards are not required to have a booth at the Summit. The event does not offer exhibition space. However, there are opportunities for companies to host curated experiences for select attendees. For more information, Click Here

There is no prize money.
However, emerging luxury brands and startups participating in this unique opportunity will gain direct access to leading investors and decision-makers in the luxury industry during the Luxury Innovation Finalists Pitches and Award Ceremony in Geneva.
