PMI’s smoke-free business now represents more than 42% of its total net revenues, with a target of raising this to over two-thirds by 2030. Stefano is a global leader in consumer-centric marketing programs, large-scale business-model transformation, digital acceleration, and disruptive innovation. He is an experienced marketer with broad experience in commercial roles, and a winning track record with consumers in both developed and emerging markets. Prior to PMI, Stefano spent 22 years at Procter & Gamble (P&G), holding several prominent roles, including leading one of P&G’s multi-functional global business units.

Dr. Anino Emuwa is the Managing Director of Avandis Consulting, France. A former corporate banker with Citibank, she is an experienced Non-Executive Director with extensive corporate governance experience. She sits on the board of several organizations including Nottingham Trent University, U.K, and chairs a Y Combinator-backed tech start-up.

Yann is passionate about building meaningful and differentiated brands. A brand strategist at heart, he spent the past two decades working with global brands and focusing on crafting unique consumer experiences.
Joining PMI in 2019, he leads brand strategy for PMI’s smoke-free products and consumer wellness, global partnerships, and the Design Lab. His portfolio includes IQOS, PMI’s iconic, category-leading global brand that has redefined the tobacco/nicotine space. Together with his teams, they are building VEEV and ZYN to deliver PMI’s mission to replace every cigarette for all adult smokers who don’t quit and deploy the smoke-free portfolio at scale to unlock and drive growth.
Prior to PMI, Yann worked at Bacardi, where he served as Senior Vice President and CMO of Grey Goose Vodka, and at the Estée Lauder Companies before that.

Catherine Eberlé Devaux joined Bulgari in 2021. Graduated of EDHEC Business School in Marketing, Catherine decided to combine her professional choices with her interests and passions. She first spent fifteen years defining the communication for a high-end hand-crafted footwear industry. Convinced that the richness and depth of a brand can be found in its roots, she then moved to Switzerland to oversee the Brand Heritage strategy for TAG Heuer. She expanded her role at Bulgari as Global Watch communication Director, to shape the legitimacy of Bulgari Horlogerie in due consistency with the brand strategy and values.
Besides her strategic role for Bvlgari Horlogerie, Catherine is also the Managing Director of the Geneva Watch Days, which have become, in only 6 years, the second most important Watch rendez-vous, establishing Geneva as the capital of Watchmaking. She shapes a unique and agile event, in a friendly mode thanks to her federative personality and gathers the whole community.

Acute collector and passionate about watches, Pascal Ravessoud is holder of an MBA from Business School Lausanne. He joined Harry Winston as PR & events manager, and later as Head of Communications for the Timepieces division. In 2007 Pascal joined the Fondation Haute Horlogerie as a Marketing/Development director, overseeing the development of the foundation’s activities in the markets and later in charge of the External Affairs. An expert of the watchmaking industry, he is now co-directing the FHH and also leads the Cultural Council.

Michael Jaïs has been the CEO and Co-Founder of Launchmetrics since its establishment in 2016 following the merger of Augure – which he co-founded in 2002 – and Fashion GPS. Throughout his career, he has held several management positions at leading firms such as Thomson Multimedia and Accenture, as well as other founder roles with companies including ETL leader, Leonard’s Logic, which was successfully sold to a subsidiary of OpenText. He holds a Master’s degree from Sciences Po Paris in Economics and Finance, where he now serves as a part-time adjunct marketing professor for their Master’s program, and sits on the academic board as the Programme Co-Director of MSC Affluencers and Luxury Business at the Université Côte D’Azur.

Gabriella Lojacono is an Associate Professor of International Management at the Department of Management and Technology of Università Bocconi and of SDA Bocconi School of Management. She is also Director of the Vertical – Made in Italy B4I, a catalyst for the most innovative and high potential ideas and startups of SDA Bocconi, and Director of the Executive Master in Luxury Management – EMiLUX.

She is a senior researcher of the Gucci Lab, Università Bocconi. From January 2017 to December 2020, she was Faculty Deputy of the Strategy and Entrepreneurship Knowledge Group. She has run several executive education open programs and custom initiatives with some of the leading companies in apparel and leather goods, design, jewelry, hospitality, F&B, automotive, eyewear, cosmetics. Her research projects have focused on the international growth of the Made in Italy industries and companies as well as on luxury strategy and business models.

She is the author of numerous books and articles on her topics of interest. In 2021, Resilience of Luxury Companies in Times of Change, De Gruyter, by G.Lojacono and L. Iris has a background in law and international relations. A sustainability pioneer, leadership executive and coalition-builder, with more than 20 years of global experience working in fast-paced environments including technology, diamonds, jewellery, fashion, and government. She has worked on the ground in factories and office environments across the world including Armenia, Africa, China, India, Israel, Japan, Thailand, Sri-Lanka,. USA. She initiated and Chaired the United Nations Global Compact Network Belgium. She was honoured by the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and European Affairs for her leadership role in initiating the Global Compact Network Belgium and for her work on promoting corporate social responsibility in Belgium and abroad with a focus on human rights including children’s rights and the role of business. Iris has been an Ambassador on the gender agenda for the jewellery industry, recently the WJI 2030 has launched a WEPs Campaign and working on gender procurement in partnership with UN Women. In July 2022 Iris was appointed as Executive Director & Secretary-General of the Watch & Jewellery Initiative 2030, co-founded by Kering & Cartier based at Maison de la Paix in Geneva. Under her leadership WJI 2030 focuses on creating measurable impact on climate resilience , nature , inclusiveness in collaboration with strategic partners including Global Compact, UN Women and ESG book, Iris has been an active volunteer for the Special Olympics for over 20 years and she ran the NY marathon for UNICEF. Stéphane JG Girod is Professor of Strategy and Organizational Innovation. His research, teaching, and consulting focus on the transformation of large businesses to suit more volatile and fast-changing environments. He focuses on strategy formulation, organizational and cultural change, business agility, sustainability, and the formulation and execution of digital strategy.

He sets out this thinking in his book Resetting Management: Thrive with Agility in the Age of Uncertainty, which shows how agility can release a new level of energy, innovation, and entrepreneurship that enables organizations to better respond to disruption. As an expert in the upmarket sectors, he helps executives navigate all the transformations marking contemporary luxury. His forthcoming book with Wiley (2026), will focus on the formulation and execution of strategies for positive- impact sustainability across six luxury sectors. ​

Girod designs customized learning journeys for numerous businesses who appreciate his creative and hands-on approach to delivering organizational and individual impact, including strategy workshops for C-suite teams at Richemont, La Prairie, Midea and Mazda. He is the client director of the ING Leadership Accelerator Program. He has also directed programs for Cartier, PUIG, and Telenor.​

Antonio is a highly successful and internationally experienced CDO/CTO in the Consumer/Luxury Retail, Financial Services and Advertising. Having begun his career in software development and large-scale systems integration, he set-up his own Internet startup (namics, now part of Dentsu Aegis), one of the most successful Web and e-Commerce agency in the DACH region. He then progressed to the head of Online Retail Banking Technology at IBM in a major outsourcing program. After 3 years he joined the Richemont group and led the Digital Transformation of the group and its Maisons, setting the multi-channel technology platform, for advanced Retail and e-Commerce. In 2018, Antonio was appointed Chief Digital and Technology Officer of the independent watch company Breitling SA, where he was also a shareholder. In his role Antonio shaped and executed the company Digital and Technology strategy. Key contributor to the highly successful company turnaround under CVC Capital Partners ownership: double-digit growth and high profitability. As a result, CVC sold the company to Partners Group.

Christa Rigozzi studied Media and Communication Science at the University of Fribourg and as a minor subject Criminal Law and Criminology at the University of Bern, with Bachelor degree. On September 9, 2006, Christa Rigozzi was crowned Miss Switzerland in Geneva. Thanks to her charm she was able to win so many appearances, advertising campaigns and TV commercials during the year that she wrote history as the most successful Miss Switzerland ever. Since then Christa Rigozzi has been contracted by renowned companies such as BVLGARI, Moët & Chandon, Ducati, Huawei, SBB and the Swatch Group, to name but a few.

Prior to joining Bonhams, Nouri was the CEO of the watch and jewellery company Piaget for seven years, and a private equity partner at the Mirabaud Group, a Swiss private bank. Born on 5 February 1981 in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Christina Kitsos is Swiss and Greek. She is also the mother of two children. At the age of 13, she began her political involvment as a member of the Youth
Parliament.
Her convictions in favour of equality, social and climate justice; and for an open society based on solidarity, led her to join the Socialist Party 20 years ago. In the name of these values she became parliamentary assistant in Bern from 2007 to 2008, member of the Parliament of Neuchâtel from 2005 to 2008 and then the Parliament of the City of Geneva from 2015 to 2020.
In June 2020 she was elected in the Executive of the City of Geneva. Since her election, she is in charge of the Department of Social Cohesion and Solidarity. On 1 June 2024 she became Mayor of the City of Geneva.

Michael Chalhoub is the President of Strategy, Growth, Innovation & Investment and of the Joint
