Created in 2017, the federation was strongly wanted by Marenzi with the aim of reinforcing, promoting and protecting the Italian fashion, textile and accessory industries worldwide.

Laetitia Roche-Grenet is a graduate of University Paris Dauphine and holds an MBA from Fordham University, New York. Laetitia Roche-Grenet started her career in Sales & Marketing, working for Ella Baché, L’Oréal and then Cartier in New York. After several experiences in Marketing, After Sales Services, CRM and Retail Operation at Cartier in New York and then Paris, Laetitia Roche-Grenet joined LVMH in 2012 as Europe General Manager of Fred Jewelry. Laetitia Roche-Grenet has moved to the LVMH Holding as the Business Synergies Director in 2016. She then built the Open Innovation department of the LVMH Group.

Born in Geneva in 1988 in a large family, Delphine Bachmann obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing in 2011. She worked both at the Geneva University Hospitals and in oncology at Clinique des Grangettes, as well as a lecturer at the Higher School of Health Sciences. In 2016, she obtained an Executive MBA with a specialisation in Risk Management. She became Administrative Director of Clinique des Grangettes’ Breast Centre in 2018. After the Clinique became part of Hirslanden Group in 2020, she became a member of the Geneva campus’ General Management and Head of several departments. Meanwhile, she was elected member of Geneva’s Great Council from 2017 to 2023 and sat on several boards of directors and boards of foundations, particularly in the healthcare sector. In 2023, she was elected State Councillor in charge of the Department of Economy and Labour.

Violaine Gressier is Global Head of Industry, Luxury at Meta -Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger. She is an accomplished senior executive with a 20+ year international career. Violaine lives in Paris and holds a Business MBA from ESSEC.

Violaine began her career working in marketing at Club Méditerranée, the high-end resort company. In 2004, she joined EuropaCorp (Director Luc Besson’s movie production company) where she developed digital activities and strategic partnerships.

Stanislas was one of the leaders in the luxury industry as Chairman and CEO of Cartier International, Chairman and CEO of Van Cleef & Arpels and Chairman of Richemont France.

Currently a member of the Executive Committee of Louboutin, Messika, Barnes International, Rémy Cointreau Foundation, investor in the Family Office SAVIH, the Caravelle Fund, and mentor for the Réseau Entreprendre, Ashoka and Raise, Stanislas supports entrepreneurs, managers and Management Committees in the development of solutions for a more circular economy and more sustainable growth.

Caroline Reyl joined Pictet Asset Management in 2002. She founded the Premium Brands strategy in 2005 and has managed the Premium Brands fund with her team since then. Prior to 2002 she worked at GLG Partners in London during 5years as an investment manager after 3 years spent at Lehman Brothers as an analyst in Corporate Finance. Caroline holds a degree in Finance and Economics from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and a Master in Finance from Dauphine University.

Diana has over 20+ years of experience working with companies on ESG, sustainability and innovation. In 2002, Diana founded one of the first dedicated sustainability communications consultancies in the world, where she broke new ground in the field of ESG and sustainability. She successfully scaled its operations globally and subsequently sold the company in 2008 and Co-Founded Positive Luxury, a sustainability organisation that helps luxury companies adapt and transition to a new climate economy. Diana’s work is based on first hand business experience, having worked with luxury companies all sizes and industries ranging from beauty, travel, fashion, drinks, jewellery, etc. She also works alongside other consultancies’ such Bain & Co as part of their Advisory Network in projects such NEOM.

In 2020, after 10 years at the helm of Positive Luxury, Diana hired a CEO enabling her to focus on other endeavours. Diana holds a degree in Global Leadership & Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, has been trained by Former USA Vice President, Al Gore at the Alliance of Climate Protection and was subsequently honoured by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader. She is an advisor to the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs.

With more than 25 years of experience in the luxury Watch & Jewelry industry Roberto Marino started his career in Marketing and Product management for Swatch Group, Gucci and then Bulgari as Worldwide Watch Marketing Director.
In 2016, Roberto joined the Bulgari commercial division in leading first the expansion of the Travel Retail in Europe and since 2020 as Managing Director of Bulgari Switzerland.

Roberto served in several associations and is today Board member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland based in Geneva.

Karine Szegedi is a Managing Partner for the Consumer Industry and Fashion & Luxury lead at Deloitte Switzerland. She is a member of the Swiss Executive team and has over 25 years of experience advising and auditing companies in industries including fashion, watches & jewellery, FMCG, retail, hospitality and others.

Karine has co-authored each edition of the renowned Deloitte Swiss Watch Industry Study and co-hosts Deloitte’s Luxury on Air podcast, in collaboration with the Swiss Center for Luxury Research. Martina Lofqvist is the Senior Business Development Manager at Destinus, responsible for developing the company’s hydrogen and hypersonic aviation business. She joined the company when it started in 2021. Before Destinus, she worked at the Silicon Valley-based aerospace company Momentus, which went public on NASDAQ. She has a background in computer engineering and management, with a decade of international experience in developing startups and managing business transformation and innovation projects in Europe and the United States.

Kohei Ogawa is CEO of Daikokuya Holdings, one of the largest second-hand luxury items trading company in Japan. Daikokuya is an industry leader in automating operation by utilizing data-engineering and AI technologies.
During his tenure as CEO of Daikokuya, his primary focus has been on driving digital transformation (DX) within the secondary distribution market. Kohei is also an expert in corporate investments and acquisitions. Tirath Kamdar is General Manager of Global Luxury at eBay. In this role, he drives innovation, growth and trust in the eBay luxury experience — elevating the marketplace across international markets and among premiere brands and retailers while deepening engagement with fine watch, jewelry and handbag consumers.

Tirath joined eBay in 2020, following the co-founding of TrueFacet.com, the first authenticated marketplace for jewelry and watches with over 30 brand partnerships. Prior to founding TrueFacet, Kamdar was a growth marketing leader at top e-commerce companies, including Fab.com, Kellogg, Groupon and Lightbank, where he helped build and invest in start-ups. He also spent 7+ years in the B2B and B2C wholesale jewelry and luxury retail industries, where he was trained in diamonds and jewelry manufacturing and led business development for US markets looking to grow retail and wholesale businesses.

Cristiano Busetto has been leading the OTB agile team dedicated to the innovation and digital transformation blockchain projects of the Group and since 2018 has the role of OTB Off-Price Sales Manager. He joined OTB back in 2006 and worked across various positions in different companies of the Group, including Paris Branch Manager for Staff International, Viktor&Rolf Sales Manager and Head of Sales of some of the most important licensed brands of Staff International.

Prior to OTB, he had several experiences in the fashion and luxury sector. He worked for Etro in Japan, Benetton Group and Max Mara.

Cristiano Busetto holds a degree in Political Science, major in International Relationship, from Padua University.

François brings 30 years of experience in the definition and execution of global strategies for established to start-up luxury brands with a focus on fine jewellery, which has taken him from Europe to the US to Asia and back to Europe. François began his professional career at Van Cleef & Arpels in the 90s until the acquisition of his family-owned company by Richemont Group in 2000.

Serge Maillard represents the fourth generation at the head of Europa Star, a publishing house specialising in the watch, jewellery and precision industries. Founded in 1927 in Geneva, the company distributes publications and dedicated websites in several languages all over the world, with an emphasis on editorial added value.

Isabelle has more than 30 years experience working at a Senior Executive Board Level in many International Markets across the globe. She has recently played a key role in accelerating Coty Prestige division while engaging Coty transformation into a 3 axis Beauty Powerhouse in particular in China and in the US.

Isabelle worked in the l’Oreal Luxury division for 13 years across a variety of international general management and commercial roles, spanning fragrances, cosmetics and skincare. She spent ten years at Hermès in senior leadership roles, including as International Retail and communication Director. From 2018 to 2020, Isabelle worked as a consultant on brand development and turnaround for Wyve – ex-Hexa Surfboard – a digital native brand start-up.
