Mr. Yasho Saboo is a serial entrepreneur. He started his career as Director of Groz-Beckert Saboo Ltd., Chandigarh, and then served as the Managing Director for many years. He founded KDDL LIMITED, which is now a global manufacturer and exporter of watch dials and watch hands. He also founded Saboo Berlac, later SBL Coatings Limited, in the business of specialty paints and coatings. In 2003, he founded ETHOS SUMMIT, now India’s largest retail chain of luxury and premium watch retail stores. In 2006, he set up a precision stamping business, Eigen Engineering in Bangalore.

Mr. Saboo has been the Founder and continues as Director of AIFHI (All India Federation of Horological Industries). He is Charter Member of TIE Chandigarh, and a member of the think-tank of the World’s Entrepreneur Forum. Mr. Saboo has been the Chairman of CII Chandigarh Council, besides part of strategic groups of several business forums.

He is also the Founder member of YTTS, an NGO involved with running various school programmes for underprivileged youth.

He read Economics at St. Stephens College, Delhi and did his MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad.
He enjoys reading, photography, classical and popular music, and is self-taught connoisseur of wine. He has been a long-distance runner and continues to maintain a fitness regime.

Sushil K. Premchand is the Chairman of the PRS Group, Mumbai, and the Managing Director of PRS Services AG, Zurich. The main Group operating entity until June 2022, was PRS Permacel (www.prs-permacel.com), when it was sold to the St. Gobain Group in India.

A Chartered Accountant, with an economics degree, he joined the family business in 1985 after spending 14 years with the international accounting firm, Arthur Andersen, and 4 years with a British multinational.

In 2017, Sushil Premchand was honoured by the President of the Swiss Confederation as one of only five, named “Friendship Ambassadors” for his contribution to innovative ideas in his field of business and contribution to Swiss-Indian friendship. He is also a Board member and the Honorary President of the Swiss-Indian Chamber of Commerce in Zurich. He is an Emeritus member of the Advisory Board of the Foundation of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and was a member of the Court of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine until 2025.

Living in Switzerland since 1977, he travels regularly to India to monitor the family’s 168-year-old business.

Deependra Pandey is Founder and CEO of Luxury Venture Group, a Geneva based platform focused on innovation in the luxury industry. The group supports startups and established players through venture investment, acceleration programs, and strategic partnerships.

He is also the founder of the Luxury Innovation Summit and Awards, an international platform that brings together leaders from luxury brands, investment, technology, and creative industries to discuss the future of luxury across markets and cultures.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Bern. Earlier in his career, he founded Muvacon, an e-commerce startup supported by the Foundation for Technological Innovation of Switzerland. He later launched Taste My Kitchen, a platform focused on home cooked vegan meals, which was subsequently taken over by a seed investor.

Outside his professional work, Deependra practices yoga, enjoys hiking in the Swiss Alps, and collects art. He follows a simple two meals a day lifestyle and values balance across health, business, and culture.
