The Luxury Innovation Summit, Mumbai 2026 will take place on 16 and 17 March 2026 in Mumbai, India. The official venue of the Summit is the National Centre for the Performing Arts, NCPA. Additional Summit-related activities such as invite-only gatherings, private brand events, product launches, and pre-summit or side events will take place at selected venues across the city. Details of these venues will be shared directly with invited guests or qualified attendees.

The Official Venue: NCPA Mumbai

The Luxury Innovation Summit Mumbai 2026 takes place at the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Mumbai. NCPA is one of India’s most respected cultural and institutional venues, located in the heart of the city and known for its architecture, scale, and prestige.

Private Events Venues

Getting to Mumbai: By Air
  • Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM) is Mumbai’s primary international and domestic airport, located approximately 40 minutes from the Summit venue, traffic permitting.
  • The airport is well-connected with direct flights to major cities across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
Getting to Mumbai: By Train
  • Mumbai is one of India’s main rail hubs. If traveling domestically, trains arrive at major stations such as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) or Mumbai Central. From there, taxis and app-based rides are available to reach the Summit venue.

How to request an invitation letter

If you require an official invitation letter for your visa application, please follow the steps below.

  • You must be a registered or confirmed attendee of the Luxury Innovation Summit, Mumbai 2026.
  • Submit your request at least 6 to 8 weeks prior to your planned travel date.
  • Provide accurate passport details, including full name, passport number, nationality, date of birth, and passport validity.
  • Invitation letters are issued solely for visa support purposes and do not guarantee visa approval.

Invitation letters will be shared by email once reviewed and approved. The final decision on visa issuance rests entirely with the relevant embassy or consulate.
