In-person & physical locations are the key center of the luxury experience. Whether is the boutique, gallery, hotel or restaurant based on the category, each brand focuses on it’s physical locations to deliver the highest value experience to their clients, complementing it with additional locations and activations. Yet, the physical footprint has its limitations: limited capacity & foot traffic, high running costs. A combination of data & emerging technologies plus innovative approaches and enhanced processes might help brands to overcome these limitations.
