Leticia Caminero is an international intellectual property expert and strategic communicator with over 15 years of experience advising global institutions, creators, and organizations on the protection and strategic use of intangible assets. She is also the host of Intangiblia, a podcast that explores global IP trends through storytelling, legal insight, and real-world case studies.
Leticia’s legal career spans roles within international organizations, including the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and the World Trade Organization (WTO). She has led communications and legal enablement projects, helped shape brand and IP strategies, and developed flagship storytelling platforms.
Her private sector background includes co-founding a boutique IP law firm and managing an IP department in a leading law firm. Her work has involved complex trademark portfolios, cross-border legal strategies, client advisory, and dispute resolution, including serving as an arbitrator and domain name panelist.
Leticia holds a Master of Law (LL.M.) from the University of Cambridge, specializing in intellectual property, WTO law, and international environmental law, as well as a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.), Magna Cum Laude, from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in the Dominican Republic. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Raphaël Molina is a Paris Bar lawyer, partner, and co-founder of INFLUXIO. He specializes in influence, advertising, audiovisual, and music law, with strong expertise in intellectual property, business, and corporate law. Heidrun Wechter-Essig is a Senior Board Advisor, investor, and former global and regional CFO with extensive experience at Procter & Gamble, Wella (Coty), and private equity-backed companies. She offers deep expertise across all areas of finance, M&A, strategy, transformation, and technology-enabled value creation, having successfully steered numerous M&A projects and brand launches throughout her career.
Currently, Heidrun collaborates with leading Private Equity and Venture Funds to accelerate value creation in consumer goods and luxury companies through the targeted deployment of advanced technologies. She also serves on four advisory boards (three AI-powered companies and one climate tech corporation), where she helps bridge cutting-edge innovation with hands-on corporate and operational experience.
